This session explores practical ways to nurture cultural safety and inclusion within your service, providing strategies for fostering trust, respect, and belonging for children, educators, families, and your community.
This professional networking and support meeting provides Educational Leaders with the opportunity to collaboratively and critically reflection on our current practices. Attendees will leave with improved confidence in guiding their teams to create environments where every individual’s identity and cultural perspective is valued and supported.
This session will include approximately 45 minutes of facilitated professional conversation, with an additional 15 minute Q&A.
