Our mini courses are designed to be inspiring and practical - connecting theory, ideas and inspiration with strategies and actionable steps that will enhance your practice in your work with children.
Consider the importance of your philosophy in underpinning your practice, decision making, policies and interactions with families and the regulatory authority.
Learn how to review your philosophy (personal or service) to ensure that it really captures what makes you unique and what characterises your practice.
Gain strategies for navigating the sometimes inevitable clashes in philosophy with educators or families in ways that are respectful.
The is suited to anyone working with children in long day care, preschools, family day care, OSHC and schools.
We suggest that the mini course is the equivalent of 1hr of face to face learning, however we recognise that all learners are different. There is content within the course that may take additional time.
Upon completion of your registration, you will receive a confirmation details with your login information.
You will have immediate access to the course, to complete in your own time. The course may include written content, images, videos, article links, ideas and inspiration.
All participants will complete a reflection/assessment which is personally responded to by one of our course facilitators before you receive your certificate.
